Duties and Responsibilities:

Adhere to company standards, policies, and The Nurse Practice Act to promote residents' overall health and well-being. Implement sound nursing practices, including assessment, planning, intervention, and implementation. Collaborate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure comprehensive care. Monday- Friday 3pm-1130pm The ideal Nursing Supervisor candidate will meet the following requirements: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, College, or University. While a Bachelor's Degree is preferred, it is not mandatory. Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Florida. Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions when required. Previous nursing management experience within a long-term care setting is desirable. Familiarity with government regulations impacting long-term care facilities.
