RN Clinical Manager The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is a 50 year-old home health agency that is growing and looking to hire a Clinical Manager (RN) in our established Clinical Manager team in our Villages branch with some travel to the Hernando Branch. Clinical Manager (RN) - Home Health Experienced Clinical Manager Needed Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is celebrating 50 years of providing trusted, compassionate home health care across the state. As we continue to grow, our Villages office is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Manager to join our dedicated leadership team. About the Role As a Clinical Manager (RN), you will play a key leadership role in our home health operations. You will collaborate with referral sources, physicians, and community partners to coordinate patient care, ensure regulatory compliance, and support clinical excellence. This position oversees a multidisciplinary team of nurses and therapists, ensuring that every patient receives high-quality, compassionate care in the comfort of their home. What You'll Do Lead and support a high-performing team of RNs, LPNs, therapists, and home health clinicians Oversee patient care planning, case management, and clinical outcomes Ensure compliance with home health regulations and accreditation standards Serve as a liaison with hospitals, physician practices, and referral partners Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, families, and community partners Maintain accurate documentation and utilize EMR systems effectively Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN), active Florida license required Prior Home Health experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of geriatric care best practices Why Join the VNA of Florida Family?
