• 48 per hour Leadership responsibilities combined with direct patient care Collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment Opportunity to help shape daily workflows and patient safety initiatives Comprehensive benefits package What You'll Do As the Charge Nurse , you will help lead the day-to-day clinical operations of the practice while serving as a resource for nurses and support staff.

You will coordinate workflows and staffing while providing nursing care throughout the pre-operative, procedural, and recovery phases. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily clinical assignments, staffing, and workflow. Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing and support staff. Supervise support personnel and reinforce established policies and procedures. Assess patients, monitor treatment responses, and document clinical findings. Identify changes in patient condition and communicate concerns to the appropriate clinical team members. Provide nursing care before, during, and after procedures. Collaborate with patients, families, providers, and interdisciplinary team members. Support patient safety, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and clinical standards. Participate in staff meetings, education, and professional development. Perform additional duties as needed to support clinical operations. Qualifications Required Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN). Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Current BLS certification. Current ACLS certification. Preferred Experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and/or pain management setting. Experience using Athena EHR. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). CPAN certification.
