Provides quality nursing care across the patient lifecycle during 12-hour night shifts, overseeing clinical operations and addressing departmental issues. Acts as a resource and communicates patient, staff, and operational concerns to leadership.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate delivery of nursing care and manage operational issues during shift Provide clinical care as needed based on patient census Communicate care, operational, and staff concerns to leadership Serve as a resource and guide to staff members

Qualifications:

Graduate from a nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 1 year hospital nursing experience; 2+ years preferred Current RN licensure in the state and/or multistate licensure Required certifications include BCLS, ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NRP, and PEARS Additional specialty certifications may be required depending on unit Emergency Department nurses must obtain PALS within 30 days of start
