Duties Supervise nursing weekend staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal patient care. Conduct regular assessments of patient needs. Oversee the administration of medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times. Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff on best practices in patient care. Manage weekend staffing to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts. Address any concerns or complaints from patients or family members promptly and professionally.
