Our Rehab is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Unit Manager to join our leadership team. We're looking for a compassionate, hardworking nurse who is committed to providing excellent care to both short-term rehab patients and long-term residents.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the nursing unit. Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality care. Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance resident outcomes. Promote a positive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

Current RN license in Georgia. Previous nursing home experience required. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
