We are currently hiring for a Nursing Supervisor at SL Endocrinology Clinics!
What You Can Expect:
In this role, you will provide day-to-day oversight and support for clinical staff within SL Endocrinology Clinics, ensuring smooth clinic operations and high-quality patient care.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading, mentoring, and supporting clinical support staff through guidance, coaching, and ongoing education Assisting with staff scheduling and coordination to maintain appropriate coverage and workflow Collaborating with providers and the interdisciplinary care team to promote effective communication and optimal patient outcomes Fostering a positive, team-oriented environment focused on continuous improvement and excellence in care
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:30a - 4:00p. No weekends / holidays! Travel required to other locations within Treasure Valley.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's of Nursing Degree Experience:
3 years' relevant experience
Licenses/Certifications:
Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
