Unit Manager (RN or LPN) Karcher Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and experienced Unit Manager (RN or LPN) to join our clinical leadership team. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an assigned nursing unit, ensuring high quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff support. If you are passionate about leadership, teamwork, and making a positive impact on residents' lives, we encourage you to apply. Compensation Up to $51.00 per hour, depending on experience and license type. Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily clinical operations of an assigned nursing unit
  • Ensure residents receive high quality, compassionate care
  • Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff
  • Monitor resident assessments, care plans, and documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations
  • Assist with staffing, scheduling, and performance management as needed
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers Qualifications
  • Current and active RN or LPN license in good standing
  • Previous skilled nursing or long term care experience preferred
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
