Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse/Clinical Coordinator for our outpatient, general surgery clinic. The ideal candidate would be an experienced and self-motivated nurse who is passionate about patient care, has worked in a surgical clinic setting, and has the ability to manage clinical staff. They will be responsible for providing consistently high-quality patient care & clear communication, identifying points for improvement within the practice, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and must possess the ability to think independently to optimize practice flow. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, problem solving, flexibility, and a commitment to maintaining an exceptional environment for both patients and staff to maintain our strong community reputation. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards. Oversee daily patient flow and coordinate with staff to delegate roles. Prepare and understand post-visit notes and charts. Collaborate with clinical and administrative office staff to ensure the highest quality and most efficient patient care. Take initiative in identifying areas of improvement. Be willing to step in during short days when extra help is needed by staff in the clinic. Respond to patient inquiries when they need escalation.
Experience Candidates should possess:
A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Previous experience in a medical/surgical setting. Experience with leadership positions. Familiarity with electronic health record systems, particularly eClinicalWorks, is advantageous. Experience working with patients across a wide variety of demographics. Preferably able to speak Russian and/or Ukrainian. Some level of understanding of billing practices preferred. We are looking for an individual who is eager to contribute positively to our healthcare team while providing exceptional care to our patients.
