The Home Care RN Supervisor manages clinical staff and coordinates workflows to ensure compliance with all regulations. They oversee daily operations, monitor performance, and support quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient and organizational outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Assess and resolve clinical and operational issues using information systems and processes. Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating policies, procedures, and office processes. Provide coaching, feedback, and conduct performance appraisals for team members. Ensure regulatory compliance with state licensure, accreditation, and Medicare standards. Manage personnel duties including interviewing, disciplinary actions, scheduling, and enforcing rules. Act as a department leader in the absence of the manager and oversee day-to-day operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Licensed RN with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Minimum of 2 years nursing experience. Certifications including BLS, with additional certifications and auto insurance proof as required. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
