What You'll Do As the House Supervisor, you'll serve as the administrative leader for hospital operations during your shift.

You'll:

Coordinate patient care and hospital operations across departments Support and guide nursing staff while collaborating with leadership Assist with staffing decisions and help ensure safe patient assignments Respond to emergencies, rapid responses, and critical situations Promote quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence Round throughout the hospital to support staff, patients, and workflow Step into direct patient care when needed during critical staffing situations Foster a collaborative, patient-centered culture that reflects our mission and values What We're Looking For Associate Degree in Nursing (required) Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license Three or more years of clinical nursing experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills Ability to confidently lead during fast-paced and changing situations BLS and ACLS certifications (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire) Why Join Crossroads Hospital?
