Qualifications:

Current and good standing RN or LPN license for the state of Illinois Current CPR certification Minimum of 1-3 years of long-term care experience Management experience preferred In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures Be able to provide leadership to the team Possess excellent customer service and communication skills to work with residents, families, and staff
