We are looking to hire a Home Health Supervisor As a Home Health Supervisor at MercyOne, you will Provide Provides for the overall leadership and supervision of nursing and health aide personnel. Ensures adherence to standards established by the organization and in accordance with community health standards, IA Nurse Practice Act, State, Federal and Local regulations governing Home Health Care. Responsible for the clinical practice skills, clinical growth and the development of critical thinking skills in the personnel reporting to them. Develops competent clinicians who are able to assist patients in achieving optimal clinical outcomes with field validations of these skills. Functions as a member of the VNA administrative team. OASIS Certification within 1 year.

CPR Training Preferred:

Preceptor experience Licensures/RegistrationRegistered Nurse in Iowa& Illinois, Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance-Genesis minimum limits required.

• $109,075 per year Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
