We are currently seeking a Full-time Director of CQI to join our Regional Office team. The CQI Director must reside in Illinois and will be required to travel to the sites weekly. Occasional travel to our regional office in Springfield, IL is also required. Based out of the regional office, the Statewide CQI Director oversees organization for all statewide correctional facilities within a state. This person is responsible for a broad range of administrative tasks related to healthcare services in all facilities across the state. The SW CQI Director coordinates administrative needs with all facility administrative personnel and coordinates appointments and transfers amongst the facilities across the state system. Bachelor's degree or higher in Health Sciences, Social Science, Program Management, Public Administration or related field Experience in quality improvement and quality assurance which includes evaluating the quality of services, identifying problems and needs and recommending corrective action and improvements to ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, procedures and standards Experience in ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards for behavioral health care delivery Experience in developing policies or procedures At least two years' leadership experience overseeing/coordinating the work of a multidisciplinary team Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check We offer excellent compensation and comprehensive benefits for our full-time team members including: Health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance 401(k) with company match Generous paid time off Paid holidays Flexible Spending Account Continuing Education benefits Much more...
