Summary We are seeking a Unit Manager to join our dynamic team at Indiana Fitness Works. In this role, you will oversee the operations of therapy services within designated facilities, ensuring high-quality care and efficient management of staff. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining our commitment to superior patient outcomes. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of therapy services within assigned facilities. Supervise and support a team of therapists to ensure high-quality patient care. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans. Monitor compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training for staff. Analyze patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary. Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare teams. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in nurse management or healthcare administration. Strong knowledge of physiology and rehabilitation practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with utilization review processes is a plus.
