Greencroft Goshen is seeking a Weekend Nurse Supervisor to provide leadership and oversight of our skilled nursing team while helping create a positive experience for residents, families, and staff. What You'll Do:

Lead and supervise nursing staff during assigned shifts Ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centered care Oversee admissions, discharges, and transfers Monitor clinical documentation and regulatory compliance Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and nursing leadership Address resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and promptly Support quality improvement initiatives and participate in QAPI activities Assist with staff coaching, development, and performance management Provide direct nursing care as needed

Qualifications:

Current Indiana RN or LPN license required Minimum two years of supervisory nursing experience required Long-term care and/or assisted living experience preferred Knowledge of MDS and care planning processes Experience with electronic medical records Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Schedule:

Weekend Position Six-month commitment Must work every
