Nurse Unit Manager - Days

At Greencroft Goshen, we are seeking a Day Shift Nurse Unit Manager / Nurse Team Leader who enjoys mentoring clinical teams, collaborating with coworkers, and creating a positive experience for residents and families alike. This role is ideal for an RN or LPN who values teamwork, communication, and meaningful leadership in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities:
Guide and support the daily clinical operations of the rehab unit
Assist with prioritizing resident care needs and team workflow
Help ensure documentation and clinical practices remain compliant with state regulations
Serve as a resource and support system for residents, families, and team members
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote quality resident outcomes
Foster a positive, resident-centered environment focused on compassion and accountability
Qualifications
Current RN or LPN license in the State of Indiana
Previous experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing preferred
Understanding of MDS and care planning processes is beneficial
Leadership mindset with strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with team members across all shifts
Schedule Options
Full-Time Day Shift | 40 hours per week
Full-Time Evening Shift | 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Includes call rotation, weekends, and holidays
Flexibility is important to support off-shift team communication and resident care needs
