Summary Job Description:

Seeking Surgical Services Supervisor! Full-Time, 12:00pm-8:30pm, Monday-Friday, No call Baptist Health Floyd Southern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky area The clinical supervisor functions as an extension of the Manager and/or Director by developing and monitoring staff practice for consistency with policies, procedures and standards of practice.

Qualifications:

Graduate of approved nursing program Current Indiana or compact state RN license CNOR certification, within 12 months of hire BLS for Healthcare Providers required ACLS certification (obtained within 12 months of hire) Two (2) years of clinical/hospital setting with at least one (1) year of experience in surgical care setting Previous Supervisory experience Baptist Health Floyd is a Pathway to Excellence® designated organization.
