Job Description

Now hiring Registered Nurses. Seeking Part time and Full time Nurses for 12hr Day or Night shift. Sign on bonus available. Advertised rate is base wage. Night Shift also carries a shift differential. For an additional pay option, ask about our no benefit wage program. Consider becoming a Nurse at our 100% employee-owned nursing facility in New Carlisle, Indiana. New Carlisle is located just 10 miles west of the
US20 & US31
interchange in South Bend. Weekend shifts and Night shifts pay additional shift differentials. As a Nurse you will be responsible for providing nursing care to residents consistent with their care plan. This includes passing of medications, talking vitals, other nursing duties, along with accurately completing related documentation. You will also help guide the nurse aides working on your unit to help care for residents. Join one of the leading senior care and rehabilitation providers in Indiana. Here you will utilize and grow your skills related to Tracheostomy care, IV (PICC, central, midline), blood draws, TPN, wound care, medication/side effect monitoring, and more.
Requirements:
Licensed to work as an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or RN (Registered Nurse) in the State of Indiana Passionate about serving others Able to work with and provide guidance to a dedicated team Able to effectively communicate with other staff, providers, patients, and patient families Able to properly chart patient information and contribute to medical records as needed
