As our RN Manager, you lead with heart and clinical excellence to shape a safe, therapeutic milieu for patients, families, and staff —providing a calm, vigilant presence while others rest. Registered Nurse Manager - Behavioral Health The Nurse Manager supports and mentors nursing staff, promotes professional development, ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, and drives continuous quality improvement initiatives. Working collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams, this leader helps create a therapeutic environment that supports recovery and positive patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise nursing operations for assigned behavioral health units. Ensure the delivery of safe, patient-centered, and evidence-based psychiatric care. Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain high-performing nursing staff. Promote staff engagement, accountability, and professional growth. Monitor quality indicators and implement performance improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and operational effectiveness. Support a culture of safety, compassion, and clinical excellence.
Job Requirements:
