This position provides clinical leadership on the floor while maintaining handson resident care and supporting team consistency. This opportunity is ideal for a nurse who knows our residents, understands our workflows, and is ready to take an active leadership role during day shift operations. Role Responsibilities Serve as charge nurse for assigned day shift Provide direct nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, and documentation Support, guide, and coordinate CNA staff during the shift Communicate effectively with leadership, providers, and interdisciplinary team members Ensure standards of care, safety protocols, and documentation requirements are met Promote a residentfirst approach and model professional nursing practice Requirements Active Kentucky RN or LPN license Demonstrated accountability, teamwork, and clinical judgment Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to manage workflow and priorities on a busy day shift Additional Notes Internal posting and transfer policies apply Candidates should be in good standing per internal eligibility guidelines
