Minimum Qualifications:

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States. Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree. Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, including experience in dialysis or acute care settings and emergency nursing. Proven experience in nursing management or leadership roles. Strong knowledge of patient safety protocols and clinical management practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Nursing Management or Leadership (e.g., Nurse Executive Certification). Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare quality improvement programs. Familiarity with regulatory standards such as The Joint Commission or CMS guidelines. Demonstrated expertise in patient advocacy and interdisciplinary team collaboration. Case management experience is preferred
