Shifts Available:
3:00PM

Matter:
Ensure safe, high-quality, resident-centered care and compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state and federal long-term care regulations. Supervise, lead, and support nursing staff by coordinating daily assignments, providing clinical direction and guidance, monitoring staff performance, and promoting teamwork, accountability, and professional development. Assess residents and monitor changes in condition , responding appropriately to clinical needs and collaborating with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Ensure safe and accurate medication administration, clinical documentation, and infection prevention practices , while maintaining compliance with applicable skilled nursing and long-term care standards and regulatory requirements. Respond to resident care needs, emergencies, and concerns , addressing questions or issues raised by residents, families, and staff in a timely and compassionate manner while supporting quality improvement efforts that promote positive resident outcomes, safety, and satisfaction. Qualifications for
Success:
Active, unencumbered MA Registered Nurse (RN) licensure or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure 2+ years prior experience in a clinical supervisor or leadership role Knowledge of long-term care regulations, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols in a skilled nursing or similar healthcare setting. Current CPR certifications, including BLS and ACLS. Ability to communicate fluently in English
