233 Middle Street, Braintree, MA 02184 John Scott House Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate ADON/Nurse Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about resident care, staff support, and excellence in long-term care. We are five-star CMS - rated! Responsibilities:
Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned shifts Coordinate daily clinical operations and resident care Ensure compliance with state and federal nursing regulations Assist with staffing, scheduling, and nursing assignments Support admissions, discharges, and care planning processes Monitor nursing documentation and clinical outcomes Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to nursing staff Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and compassionately Participate in quality improvement and infection control initiatives Serve as a clinical resource and role model for the nursing team
Qualifications:
