12-Hour Rotating AM/PM Shifts | 36 Hours/Week We are seeking an experienced RN Nursing Supervisor for a travel assignment at a leading acute care hospital in Brockton, MA.Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing operations across multiple units Coordinate patient care and staffing assignments Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff Serve as the on-site hospital representative during assigned shifts Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Ensure compliance with hospital policies and quality standards
Requirements:
- Active Massachusetts RN License
BLS & ACLS
Certifications 5+ years of Nursing Supervisor or House Supervisor experience Previous Charge Nurse experience Acute Care Hospital experience requiredASN, BSN, or Nursing Diploma Schedule:
- 36 Hours per Week 12-Hour Day/Night Rotation Every Other Weekend Every Other Holiday HL01
