The Nurse Manager for Invasive Cardiology Services provides strategic, clinical, operational, and financial leadership for the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, Electrophysiology (EP) Laboratory, and nursing services supporting Interventional Radiology (IR). The Nurse Manager is accountable for ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, staff development, and fiscal stewardship. This role collaborates closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, procedural staff, radiology leadership, and hospital administration to achieve excellence in cardiovascular and interventional procedural services.

$165,000.00 USD - $215,000.00 USDThe pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
