What You'll Do:
Supervise and coordinate the nursing care provided to residents on your unit. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on residents' needs. Lead a team of nursing staff and ensure they are supported and trained. Conduct regular assessments and follow-up on residents' health statuses. Requirements Qualifications:
Current RN license in Massachusetts. Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a long-term care setting preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to develop and implement care plans effectively. Compassionate approach to nursing and resident care. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
