Job Description

Job description: Are you a compassionate and experienced RN with a passion for leadership and quality care? Northeast Arc-Clinical Services is seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee and support our dedicated clinical team. This is a dynamic role for a skilled clinician who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes at home.
What You'll Do:
Lead and mentor a team of nurses, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with regulations. Collaborate with the Clinical Director and fellow managers to optimize staffing and patient care. Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, families, and physicians. Oversee clinical documentation, care plans, and assessments (OASIS, 485s, etc.). Participate in QAPI initiatives and staff education. Provide on-call support and respond to incidents and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
What We're Looking For:
Licensed RN in Massachusetts with 3+ years of nursing experience , familiar with Continuous Skill Nursing (private duty nursing). Proven leadership or case management experience. Strong clinical judgment and communication skills. Proficiency with electronic health records and software applications. Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally. Why Join Us?
