LPN Supervisor:
$38.68 to $52.48 per hour based on shift and experience.
RN Supervisor:
$44.96 to $58.66 per hour based on shift and experience.
Available Shifts:

Current licensure in the State of MA as an RN- Registered Nurse or LPN

Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor Job Summary:
Assist in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan. Regular rounding on nursing units to supervise staff, check residents, greet all new admissions. Ensure staff follow facility policies and procedures. Monitor and assure that incidents, accidents and resident/staff complaints are reported and documented correctly. Facilitate communication between licensed nurses and providers, responsible parties or outside vendors. Assist in ensuring adequate staffing for the nursing department. Assist in direct resident care and work as a staff nurse, as necessary. This is a brief overview of job responsibilities and not intended to be all inclusive.
