They are responsible for on-shift coordination of care and treatment for our students in maintaining their health and wellbeing by ensuring that physicians orders, plans of care and appropriate policies, procedures and protocols are carried out by the nursing staff on-duty. The Nursing supervisor assesses students medical status routinely and as needed and directly supervises LPNs, CNAs, and MAs providing medical care to students of Crystal Springs in the absence of the Director of Nursing. The Nursing Supervisor must at all times maintain a professional demeanor and have the ability to multi-task. The Nursing Supervisor helps ensure that all eligible UAPs are trained and competent with the various delegated nursing tasks.
