We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Unit Manager (RN or LPN) to join our dedicated team! We are a skilled nursing facility committed to providing high-quality care in a warm and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Supervise nursing staff and oversee clinical operations on the unit Ensure compliance with facility policies, state, and federal regulations Provide leadership and guidance to promote quality care Monitor resident care plans and assessments Coordinate communication between families, physicians, and healthcare team Participate in staff training and performance evaluations

Requirements:
