Matter:

Managing nurses and certified nursing assistants to ensure high-quality resident care. Taking full responsibility for residents' nursing care, monitoring conditions, following physician orders, and applying recognized nursing standards. Recognizing and reporting changes in residents' conditions, initiating or assisting with interventions, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment. Instructing nursing staff on policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with administrative and clinical standards. Qualifications for

Success:

Current, unencumbered MA RN license Current CPR/BLS Certification 1-year of prior supervisory or leadership experience; preferably in a long-term care setting. Ability to communicate fluently in English - both verbally and written Benefits for
