RN Nurse Team Manager (Home Health) Position Summary The RN Nurse Team Manager directs, coordinates and oversees the nursing supervisory team including the direct delivery of clinical services, the development of clinical policies and procedures including those around quality improvement, and utilization review. This position supports the Care Team in the field to deliver the highest quality to clients. The role involves being 75% on the road performing client and Care Team supervisions, and 25% administrative and management of the nursing team within the Massachusetts location in our territory. The individual will also participate in daily clinical and lead nursing meetings. Experience and Qualifications Six years experience in a healthcare setting, with at least three years in a management/supervisory capacity Must be a duly licensed nurse in the state of Massachusetts in good standing BSN strongly preferred Competency/Skills Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and analytical skills Ability to motivate and direct clinical and administrative personnel Knowledge of quality improvement programs, state regulations, and home health agencies Well-developed management skills and commitment to interdisciplinary team management Physical Demands Frequently walking, sitting, and standing. Occasional crouching, kneeling, stooping, twisting, turning, and pivoting. Limited lifting with a maximum weight of approximately 30 pounds. Responsibilities Extensive assessment, care plan development, orientation, training, and supervisory responsibilities are inherent in this position. Supervision Direct supervision of Supervisory Nurses, CHHA, PCA, Homemaker, and Companion. Responsibilities and Duties Direct, coordinate, oversee, and manage all clinical supervision operations Supervise program and system development for quality patient services Participate in establishing agency philosophy, goals, standards, policies, and procedures Organize, plan, evaluate patient services for safe, efficient, and therapeutic care Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Promote positive atmosphere focusing on quality client care outcomes and staff growth Investigate complaints and incidents, implement corrective action, and follow up as needed Support nursing team in the field and serve as a point of escalation for issues Manage Nurse Scheduler to support team administratively Perform other related duties as requested or required Apply Today We encourage you to apply.
