We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Nurse Clinical Manager (Patient Care Manager) to join our mission‑driven hospice team. This leadership role is ideal for an RN who brings both clinical expertise and a heart for supporting patients and families through one of life's most meaningful transitions. About the Role As our Hospice Nurse Clinical Manager, you will guide and support our clinical staff, ensure high‑quality patient care, and help uphold the values that define our organization. You'll work closely with an interdisciplinary team to create an environment where patients and families feel supported, respected, and cared for with dignity.
