In the Radiology Department, the Nurse Manager - Clinical Radiology and Cardiovascular Operations steers an integrated imaging and heart-and-vascular service that spans diagnostic radiology, advanced cardiac imaging, and collaborative pathways with cardiac cath and electrophysiology programs to ensure seamless care coordination and outstanding outcomes. Within this 200+ bed hospital, the Cardiovascular and Radiology RN Manager leverages state-of-the-art diagnostic technology and the reach of a large community network to standardize protocols, elevate image quality, shorten report turnaround times, and strengthen continuity across inpatient, outpatient, and ambulatory access points.

Reporting to the Director of Imaging Services with close collaboration alongside heart and vascular leadership, the Nurse Manager - Clinical Radiology and Cardiovascular Operations provides 24/7 operational oversight across imaging modalities and cardiovascular diagnostics, including staffing, scheduling, recruitment, budgeting, throughput optimization, accreditation readiness, infection prevention, radiation safety, and regulatory compliance. As the Cardiovascular and Radiology RN Manager, expectations include coaching charge RNs, and championing a diverse, inclusive team of technologists, nurses, sonographers, and support professionals.
