Qualifications:

Must have a current RN license in Massachusetts. Background in public health, home health, or hospital work. At least one year of clinical experience. Hands-on nursing experience. Home care experience. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong interpersonal skills. Good computer skills.

Responsibilities:

Assist in taking referrals and assigning patients to field staff. Follows up on referrals by contacting patients, physicians, family members, etc. Assist in handling patient care supervision and day-to-day patient care management. Assist in managing the HR needs of the clinical department, notifying the Branch Manager/Administrator when new hires are needed to stay proactive with the growth plan. Assists with new hire screenings/ interviews of home health care personnel. Do Home Care visits and OASIS as needed Orients professional staff to clinical policies and procedures of our Agency. Performs other tasks as assigned.
