Why Choose This Opportunity Supportive interdisciplinary team Access to cutting-edge technology Patient-centered care environment with meaningful outcomes Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities Oversees the nursing staff and overall clinical operations of an inpatient rehabilitation hospital system Oversees personalized patient recovery plans while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards Serves as the primary liaison between nurses, physicians, physical/occupational therapists, and case managers to streamline the patient's recovery trajectory. Manages department budgets Other duties as assigned Qualifications Current, active, unencumbered RN licensure in state of practice. BLS certification with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of starting position. CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting the eligibility requirements. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred. Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting (within the last five years). Previous leadership role, such as charge nurse or lead capacity, where you were responsible for interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and having accountability for patient and staff results. Compensation & Benefits Compensation starts at $46 per hour but can be significantly higher based on years of experience Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with eligibility on Day 1!
