Role:
As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing care team, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and compassion. You will collaborate with our medical director, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, provide leadership and guidance to your team, and ensure that our high standards of care are consistently met.Responsibilities:
Lead a team of nursing professionals in providing skilled nursing care to residentsDevelop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the medical director and nursing staffEnsure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and proceduresConduct regular assessments and evaluations of resident care, making recommendations for improvement as neededProvide leadership and guidance to team members, mentoring and coaching to foster professional growth and developmentCollaborate with other healthcare professionals, including rehabilitation therapists and medical providers, to ensure comprehensive careParticipate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessaryWhat We Offer:
