Nurse Manager Long Term Care - Rehab Are you a compassionate nursing leader ready to shape exceptional care for our client's geriatric population? Join pour client as the Nurse Manager, LTC and lead their dedicated teams on a 42‑bed subacute rehab. Oversee safe, age-appropriate care, aligned with National Patient Safety Goals Directly supervise the Assistant Nurse Manager and multidisciplinary teams Foster teamwork, mentor staff, and promote unit excellence

Qualifications:

Nurse Manager Long Term Care - Rehab RN with Maryland license + CPR (BLS) certification Associate's degree in nursing required; BSN/national certification preferred 5-7 years in LTC or subacute rehab nursing, including management experience

Pay:

Up to $132,000.00 per year
