Job Requirements Nurse Manager I Full Time Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager I to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide leadership and management to nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols. This role requires strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily nursing operations within the clinical unit to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff, promoting professional development and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, hospital policies, and quality standards.
  • Manage staffing schedules, resource allocation, and budgetary considerations to optimize unit performance.
  • Address patient and family concerns promptly and professionally to enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical protocols.
