As a Weekend RN House Supervisor, you will play a vital role in our skilled nursing home's commitment to providing exceptional support and care to our guests. Role:
As a Weekend RN House Supervisor, you will oversee the nursing care of our guests, ensuring that our high standards of care are met and exceeded. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to provide seamless care to our residents. Your exceptional leadership skills will be instrumental in maintaining a safe, efficient, and patient-centered environment. You will also participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, including medication administration, wound care, and other treatments. Develop and implement individualized care plans for each guest. Monitor and report on guest outcomes, ensuring that our high standards of care are met. Collaborate with other departments, such as therapy and dietary, to ensure comprehensive care. Participate in on-call responsibilities and provide leadership in emergency situations.
