RN Unit Manager- $2,500 Retention Bonus
Unit ManagerFull-time, Day ShiftMust have Long Term Care experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide consistent, effective clinical oversight
- Implement and interpret organizational policies, procedures, nursing standards, and regulations.
- Manage the skilled nursing unit.
- As a member of the management team, ensure staff compliance with resident care.
- Ensure State and Federal regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- Must have strong management skills
- Must have prior nurse management experience.
- Must have an RN license.
- Must have Long Term Care experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
