Description Lincoln Hospital Nursing Req #: 86072 Are you an experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about leading teams while delivering exceptional critical care ? Join the Intensive Care Unit at Lincoln Hospital as a full-time, 36-hour day shift Charge Nurse and become part of a collaborative team dedicated to providing outstanding care for patients with complex and critical medical needs. As the ICU Charge Nurse, you'll provide both clinical leadership and direct patient care while partnering with providers, nursing colleagues, respiratory therapists, care management, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. You'll coordinate daily unit operations, support patient flow, serve as a clinical resource for staff, mentor team members, and help foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and clinical excellence. This role offers the opportunity to combine advanced critical care nursing skills with leadership responsibilities in a supportive community hospital environment. You'll oversee daily staffing assignments, assist with complex patient care, respond to rapidly changing patient conditions, facilitate communication among the care team, and help ensure evidence-based practices and quality initiatives are consistently achieved.
