LPN Supervisor - Make a Difference Every Shift! Woodland Village | Brighton, MI | Afternoons & Evenings |
Every Other Weekend Training:
3 days/week for the first 3 weeks to ensure you feel confident and supported from day one. Are you a passionate LPN ready to step into a leadership role and truly make an impact? What You'll Do:
Lead and mentor a dedicated team of caregivers Deliver high-quality, hands-on nursing care to our residents Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes Monitor, assess, and support residents' health and well-being Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and compliance with ease

What We're Looking For:
Active LPN License in Michigan 2+ years of nursing experience , including at least 1 year in a supervisory role Strong communication, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care Ready to lead with heart?
