This leadership role involves managing nursing staff, ensuring compliance with long-term care regulations, and maintaining high standards of patient care. The ideal candidate will possess strong managerial communication skills, extensive long-term care experience, and a thorough understanding of nursing policies and charge management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, supervising staff, and ensuring that all services meet regulatory and organizational standards. Responsibilities Lead and manage the home health nursing team to deliver exceptional patient care in accordance with organizational policies and long-term care regulations. Oversee nurse management activities, including staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with nursing policies, state and federal regulations related to long-term care. Supervise nursing staff responsibilities, providing guidance and support for clinical decision-making. Maintain effective managerial communication across departments to facilitate smooth operations and address any issues promptly. Monitor quality assurance processes to uphold high standards of patient safety and care delivery. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans and ensure seamless service delivery. Stay updated on changes in long-term care regulations and implement necessary policy adjustments accordingly. Experience Proven experience in nurse management within a home health or long-term care setting. Extensive background in long-term care regulations and compliance requirements. Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise nursing staff effectively, including charge nurses. Strong understanding of nursing policies, procedures, and best practices in home health services. Excellent managerial communication skills to foster teamwork and resolve conflicts efficiently. Pay:
