Support. Make an Impact. Are you a strong, hands-on nurse ready to step into a leadership role? We're looking for a Clinical Nurse Supervisor who can confidently manage clinical care, support staff, and ensure top-quality outcomes for the individuals we serve. This is not a desk-only job—you'll be actively involved in patient care, staff development, and day-to-day operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy leading by example, this role is for you. Schedule Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM On-call rotation: 1-2 days per week Every 4th weekend Rotating holidays Rotation is based on staffing needs
Rate of Pay:
$35hr for an LPN $40hr for a RN On call is compensated Key Responsibilities Clinical Oversight Implement and monitor individualized care plans Conduct home visits and complete case openings Perform medication setup and oversight Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in a timely manner Triage incoming nursing calls and address clinical concerns Staff Support & Supervision Provide guidance, training, and day-to-day support to nursing staff Assist with new employee orientation and onboarding Help cover open shifts as needed Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment Administrative & Quality Assurance Complete documentation accurately and on time Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with company standards Manage assigned cases and maintain organized records Utilize EMR/EHR systems and Microsoft Office programs On-Call Responsibilities Respond to staffing or clinical needs during assigned on-call times Complete visits or provide coverage as necessary Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Michigan Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred Valid Michigan driver's license, current auto insurance, and clean driving record Skills & Competencies Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and support a team in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and basic computer applications Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt as needed Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 12 hours) Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds Ability to read small print and respond to alarms or call systems Ability to work in multiple locations with minimal orientation Why Join Us?
