Experience Duties:

Responsible for overseeing the nursing staff during their shifts and ensuring quality patient care is delivered by monitoring resident conditions Delegating tasks and managing any emergencies that may arise Adhere to facility policies and regulations Strong clinical skills and leadership abilities to provide effective supervision on a flexible schedule

Qualifications:
