Charge Nurse Lead Corewell Health

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Under general direction, maintains 24-hour responsibility and accountability for providing leadership and management of a designated patient care unit which promotes quality nursing care, cost effective use of resources and professional growth for nursing staff. Promotes a Patient Family Centered Care Culture. Qualifications Required Bachelor's Degree in nursing. Preferred Master's Degree 3 years of relevant experience Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience. Required 1 year of relevant experience Minimum of one year of formal nursing leadership experience required for external applicants. Required 2 years of relevant experience Minimum of 2 years demonstrated informal leadership experience required for internal applicants, may include but are not limited to: Charge Lead Nurse, Charge Nurse responsibilities, leadership on behalf of unit/site/system at Shared Governance Council, etc. Required LIC-Registered Nurse (RN)- STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required CRT-Specialty Certification
