Resident Services Director / RN - Brainerd, MN - 10k Sign-on-Bonus HealthCare Support is seeking a Resident Services Director / RN to support a well-known Senior Living Facility in Brainerd, MN Step into a rewarding role where your expertise truly makes a difference. You will set the tone for the entire clinical department. You will help our nurses and caregivers provide the best care possible for our residents.

Compensation:

$85k - $90k (depending on experience) + 10k Sign-On Bonus +

Annual Bonus Shift:

Monday-Friday:

8:00 AM - 4:30

PM Benefits:

Paid Holidays Daily Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for resident care, establishing and maintaining relationships with families, assessment (preadmission and ongoing), planning, intervention, and evaluation of resident care. You will also develop relationships with outside partners such as social workers for prospective resident referrals. In addition, you will be responsible for supervisory and instruction of staff such as hiring, coaching, and education.

Qualifications:
