Full - Time Lead the Way in Care Excellence - Clinical Nurse Supervisor (CNS) Lead with purpose! As our Clinical Nurse Supervisor, you'll guide a dedicated nursing team at our senior living community to deliver exceptional, person-centered care. This leadership role oversees the nursing department, training, compliance, and quality standards—ensuring resident safety and satisfaction every day. What You'll Do:
1. Training & Clinical Development
  • Ensure completion of all mandatory training and competencies.
  • Promote continued learning and clinical skill advancement.
  • Facilitate application of evidence-based best practices. 2. Budget & Financial Oversight
  • Monitor and manage labor budgets and clinical expenses.
  • Support revenue generation through clinical documentation and care planning.
  • Ensure budget compliance within ±5% variance. 3. Compliance & Quality Assurance
  • Maintain department compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare for audits and address deficiencies promptly.
  • Track and improve key quality metrics (e.g., incidents, infections, falls). 4. Regulatory Readiness & Resident Advocacy
  • Lead clinical efforts during state surveys, inspections, and audits.
  • Champion resident rights, dignity, and satisfaction. 5. Staffing & Performance Management
  • Oversee nursing schedules and shift coverage.
  • Lead recruitment, hiring, and orientation of clinical staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
  • Address performance issues with timely, supportive interventions.
Qualifications:
RN license in good standing (state-specific requirement). 2-5 years of experience in clinical leadership within assisted living or long-term care. Demonstrated success in team development and performance improvement. Proficiency in clinical systems and electronic health records (EHRs).
